At Sims Williams, we do everything we can to help our clients to sell, buy, rent and move home.
Over the years, we have built good relationships with reputable companies including local solicitors and financial advisers who can support the process.
When we refer clients to certain companies, we receive a fee and these are listed below.
Of course, our clients are not obliged to use any of the companies we recommend and our recommendations are not a guarantee of the service you will receive from these companies.
It’s important to Sims Williams to be upfront and transparent about the referral fees we receive. The fees are not added to client bills and you will be able to see how and when we are paid in the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.
Below are details of the fees we receive through written business agreements with the following companies: –
Solicitors
- Mayo Wynne Baxter Solicitors – between £150 and £200
- Jackie Scott Solicitors – between £150 and £200
- Glanvilles Solicitors – between £150 and £200
Financial Services
- Alpha Financial Services – TBA
- Your Mortgage Centre – TBA
Others
We also have informal referral arrangements with local Surveyors and Removal companies.
These are not formal business agreements and our staff may receive gift vouchers as a token reward for making a referral.
The amounts vary and are typically between £25 and £50.
The sum could be as much as 10% of the survey value, but this is only in exceptional circumstances.
