Excellent service

Last year Sims Williams arranged a tenancy for us. This went really well. The tenant was a great fit for our property (a small, old cottage which is suitable for a tenant who cares for it as much as we do!). Within a week of the end of the year long tenancy, another tenant was introduced to us. Our personal concerns regarding the “right fit” for the property were fully taken into consideration The team were so helpful on both occasions and took care of such matters as safety certificates, informing utilities etc etc etc. I cannot praise them enough. Always willing to answer queries and clarify matters.

Buying our first home

Sims Williams from the get go was fantastic in communicating with us and the vendors! We got updates very regularly and was always kept in the loop. They kept chasing the vendors solicitors to make sure the paperwork went through as quick as possible! I was also impressed with their sneak peak advertisement they do on their Facebook page! (Which is how I found the house before it even went up on Rightmove) which allowed me to be one of the first viewings of the house. The team are very polite and made me feel very comfortable talking to them face to face or over the phone! 10/10 service!

Super Service

Back in August 2022, we decided to sell our house. After having several estate agents in, we decided on Sims Williams and we are so glad we did. Michael was so thorough in detail and within a week (seriously!), our house was on the market with photos done and viewings arranged. We had lots of advice from Michael and any queries we had were answered promptly. When the house was SSTC (which also happened after only one viewing!), Karen then took over and was also extremely efficient, keeping us up to date all the time. This gave us absolute reassurance that Sims Williams made us their priority. Honestly, we can't thank all the staff at Sims Williams enough for making the sale of our house such a smooth process, having heard that selling your house can be really stressful. Thank you Sims Williams! We will certainly recommend you to anyone who wishes to sell their house.
