Excellent service

Last year Sims Williams arranged a tenancy for us. This went really well. The tenant was a great fit for our property (a small, old cottage which is suitable for a tenant who cares for it as much as we do!). Within a week of the end of the year long tenancy, another tenant was introduced to us.
