Buying our first home

Sims Williams from the get go was fantastic in communicating with us and the vendors! We got updates very regularly and was always kept in the loop. Super Service

Back in August 2022, we decided to sell our house. After having several estate agents in, we decided on Sims Williams and we are so glad we did. Michael was so thorough in detail and within a week (seriously!), our house was on the market with photos done and viewings arranged. Excellent service from the Arundel offfice.

All the staff in the Arundel office were very professional, friendly and easily contactable. Excellent service

Last year Sims Williams arranged a tenancy for us. This went really well. The tenant was a great fit for our property (a small, old cottage which is suitable for a tenant who cares for it as much as we do!).
