Professional and efficient at every stage of the transaction

It was pleasure working with the team from Walberton; each member was fully aware of any developments and kept me informed of them almost on a daily basis. They were professional and efficient at every stage of the transaction. The whole process was particularly protracted and difficult, at times, but the individual members of the team were empathetic and cheerful in the execution of their duties. A Really Good Close Working Relationship

Thanks to their unrivalled local knowledge, Sims Williams were able to advise me from an early stage on the most appropriate house styles and sizes for the development. We were very pleased with the service provided by Sims Williams Walberton, especially the after ‘sale agreed’ chasing service without which our whole chain may not have made it to the completion by the June deadline. All estates agents should have a dedicated chaser as it really works, but they don’t appear to. We would be happy to use them again, but hopefully we won’t be needing any Estate Agents for a good while now. Our thanks go to the whole Sims Williams team.
