I cannot fault Sims Williams and would recommend them in a heartbeat

The common conception of Estate Agents is that they take a few pictures, write a blurb, publish it, show prospective purchasers around a property, and charge you a fortune for the privilege. From the seller's point of view, that may be how it seems. However, after the sale has actually been agreed, the service provided to the purchaser more than justifies the cost. I’ve recently purchased a property through Sims Williams, and they did so much to help. Ambiguity surrounding a tree preservation order was quashed in a matter of minutes, thanks to them having much more up-to-date information than the council. My survey raised a potential concern about damp. Sims Williams provided a damp expert to go and visit the property and compile a report – again resolving this problem very quickly. Lastly, a purchase further up the chain was causing delays. Sims Williams were constantly checking in with me, assuring me that they were chasing and doing everything in their power to help this complete. Obviously, all of this came out of the fee that would have been paid by the seller, so was effectively free for me. Had I have gone back to my solicitor with all these queries, I dread to think how expensive that bill would have been. Through my experience, I cannot fault Sims Williams and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

One Word - Fantastic.

We don’t normally write reviews, but on this occasion we had too. In life you get what you pay for, whilst I’m sure that there are cheaper agents out there; if you want a stress free move with knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated agents, that give excellent communication, then look no further than Sims Williams. We dealt with John, Annie and Vanessa, we sold and purchased through them. The Team in the Bognor Branch is fantastic, we couldn’t of hoped for better agents to support us through the journey which wasn’t always the easiest but they communicated to either side of the chain fantastically, keeping stress to a minimum and helped us through the bumps to complete in 11 weeks. A big thank you to you all, and in the future we wouldn’t look anywhere else. Sam and Lisa.

Fantastic service

Excellent service throughout the sale of our property. The whole team was brilliant and kept in constant communication with us, especially Susie and Julia. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, the Bognor team made the experience as smooth as possible, and were always available to talk through any issues that arose in what can be an extremely stressful process! We chose Sims Williams to sell our house because of how impressed we were when attending the viewing of a property they had for sale. We lost out to another buyer who was able to complete more quickly on that property, but knowing that we were interested the branch manager called us personally to let us know that the property had gone under offer so that we wouldn’t just find out from seeing it updated on Rightmove. These personal touches are indicative of the customer service that we received all the way through from Sims Williams. Thank you.

Excellent Service!

We recently completed on a property in Bognor Regis and bought it through Simms Williams. I have to say the service was excellent from the office staff but mainly from our main contact there Susie Jones. We probably drove her mad with all the questions, extra viewings but she was always there to answer them and do everything she could to help the sale go smoothly. Excellent service, well done Susie.

Satisfied customer

Been letting our house through Sims Williams for nearly 8 years. We have had four tenants, and the service has been excellent under the supervision of Jo Mallet. The house has always been let very quickly between tenants who have always been thoroughly vetted, very stress free for us. Would recommend.

Excellent Service

John Wyatt from the Bognor Office office was exceptionally helpful all through our recent Purchase. He was the lynchpin in making the whole transaction happen. He always replied to emails and telephone calls, and nothing was too much trouble. Without his help in liaising both with the vendor, and both sets of solicitors, I am convinced that we would have taken an awful lot longer to get to completion. I really cannot praise his helpfulness enough, but I would like to add that on the odd occasion that John was unavailable, all the other staff both in Walberton and Chichester were also extremely helpful
