Sims Williams estate agent is donating £100 for every sale and property rental it achieves through a new partnership with local primary schools.
Three local primary schools have already joined the scheme and the offer is open to all primary and infant schools between Emsworth and Climping, including schools in Chichester, Bognor Regis and Arundel.
Every time a parent, teacher, member of staff or resident mentions their local participating school whilst selling or letting their property with Sims Williams, the estate agent will donate £100 on completion.
As one of the area’s longest-established independent estate agents, with offices in Walberton, Arundel and Chichester, many of Sims Williams’ property consultants went to school locally, as do their children.
Barnham Primary School was one of the first schools to sign up and Headteacher James Everett is hoping the initiative will raise much-needed funds to buy sports and education equipment.
Mr Everett says, “Everyone involved with our school works very hard to ensure our children have the tools they need to thrive and learn and support from local businesses like Sims Williams makes an important contribution.”
Partner Richard Moores says the scheme is just one of the ways Sims Williams supports its local community. “We have been selling and renting properties in this area since 1981, and we want local schools to share in our success, so they can continue to do an amazing job educating our children.”
Any school wishing to take part in the scheme should contact their nearest Sims Williams office and visit the website www.simswilliams.co.uk for contact details.
