Pupil Oren Hall has given his new school £100 to spend on books and sports equipment, thanks to local estate agents Sims Williams.
Oren’s mum and dad, Chris and Karly Hall used Sims Williams in Walberton to sell their old home and buy their new house, earning them £100 in vouchers to buy books and equipment for Oren’s school, Barnham Primary School.
First school to benefit from Sims Williams offer
Barnham Primary School was one of the first schools to sign up to the Sims Williams Schools Offer scheme and Oren, (four) who started in September, was delighted to present the money to head teacher James Everett.
Independent estate agent Sims Williams is donating £100 for every sale and property rental it achieves through partnerships with local primary schools.
The offer is open to all primary and infant schools between Emsworth and Climping, including schools in Chichester, Bognor Regis and Arundel.
Every time a parent, teacher, member of staff or resident mentions their local participating school whilst selling or letting their property with Sims Williams, the estate agent will donate £100 on completion.
No removal costs for Chris and Karly
Chris and Karly only moved a few doors from their two-bedroom house in Elm Grove South, Barnham, to a larger three-bedroom house in the same road and were able to walk most of their furniture down the street!
Karly explains, “We wanted to stay in the area because we love Barnham Primary School and we were happy to use Sims Williams because of their great local reputation – the school vouchers are a real bonus.”
Any school wishing to take part in the scheme should contact their nearest Sims Williams office and visit the website www.simswilliams.co.uk for contact details.
