What sort of properties should you buy?

There is no ‘one size fits all’ answer here. The type of property you should buy very much depends on the long term goal, and this can differ a lot between people. 

There has been a big culture change of who’s looking to rent property across the last 20-25 years. Previously it was more a case of people rented because they simply couldn’t afford to buy a property, whereas now it’s viewed as more of a lifestyle choice.
