We have been helping landlords to rent their properties for 40 years and we’re committed to building strong relationships with the clients we serve.
For us, managing a rental property means finding a tenant we would be happy to have living in our home and protecting our landlords’ property investments.

At Sims Williams, we build strong relationships with our landlords and ensure they understand their legal responsibilities and how we can help protect their interests.
Our dedicated lettings service is registered with ARLA Propertymark and our professional lettings team stay abreast of the complex legislation affecting rental properties.
From organising annual gas safety checks, protecting tenant deposits to providing energy Efficiency Certificates (EPCs), we can help.
And, when it comes to finding good tenants – no one does it better than Sims Williams!
We only accept tenants who have been thoroughly referenced and have a good rental history.
Our friendly lettings team get to know all our tenants so we can match them with the best landlords and properties to suit their lifestyle and budget.
The personal relationships we build makes it far more likely tenants take great care of their homes and the vast majority have their full deposit returned at the end of a tenancy.
At Sims Williams, we believe it’s vital for landlords to regularly review their property portfolio to check your property investments are still on track to meet medium to long-term financial objectives.
Recent changes in lettings legislation, the effects of Covid-19, the volatile political landscape makes it essential to regularly explore whether you should consider selling or refinancing your portfolio.
We offer FREE rental property portfolio health checks for landlords across our area, including full market valuations, detailed local rental assessments and access to expert financial and professional tax advice.

Having started working in the industry in 2008 for a corporate company as a file progressor and moving forward to a negotiator position I have worked in many aspects of the industry from valuing properties to dealing with maintenance issues. I joined Sims Williams in 2014 and thoroughly enjoy my role within the office from matching applicants to their ideal property or meeting Landlords to advise them on renting out their property to take them to the next stage in their life. I live by the sea which I love and during my spare time I partake in Pilates and am an avid baker.
