Right to Manage

Under Right To Manage (RTM), leaseholders can form a legally recognised company to manage property maintenance, repairs, insurance and collection of Services Charges.

Many RTM companies appoint a managing agent like KTS Estate Management to take care of their buildings and communal grounds, including maintenance and repairs, insurance and the collection of service charges.

We also guide leaseholders through the Right To Manage process and can help you understand your legal obligations and the options for ongoing maintenance of your block or development.
