Richard has been an estate agent for almost 40 years and still feels the same passion and enthusiasm for helping clients buy and sell their homes. Having taken over Sims Williams in 1999, Richard’s knowledge of the towns, villages and hamlets in this beautiful area is second to none. “I really enjoy working with customers on their “property journey” and pride myself on offering practical, honest advice to buyers and sellers alike. Buying and selling a house can be stressful and the high number of glowing testimonials from happy customers is a source of great pride and satisfaction for me and the whole team,” says Richard.
Sara joined Sims Williams in 2012 after a varied career in manufacturing and insurance, although working in the property business was always her dream. “We have a fantastic team here in Walberton and pride ourselves on our very personal approach to our customers, whether they are buying or selling. Enjoying my job so much makes me feel extremely fortunate and I genuinely look forward to coming to work every day” says Sara. Having grown up in Walberton, Sara enjoys visiting houses which she remembers fondly from her childhood.
Louise’s property career started over 20 years ago when she worked for a large corporate company in Haywards Heath. It was a great experience and gave Louise the confidence to move up to London where she worked for both independent and corporate companies and also spent time selling property in Tenerife. After starting a family, Louise and her partner decided to move to Barnham for a better quality of life. Having dealt with Sims Williams when she was looking for a property, Louise knew this was the company she wanted to work for! “Their professionalism and friendliness impressed me as a customer and it’s great to now be part of the team,” says Louise.

She is always happy to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service from start to finish. Kirstie says, “Having sold two properties through Sims Williams, not to mention working with them over the years on numerous chains it is a wonderful opportunity to now be part of the team!”
Claire has been in the property industry for just over 30 years working for reputable agents in the Sussex area doing a job that she loves, with her experience she is highly respected and has received many complimentary testimonials for all her support, hard work and always going above and beyond. Claire went travelling just over 10 years ago and did exciting things like skydiving in New Zealand but her most rewarding experience was the voluntary work she did in Cambodia teaching English in an orphanage and school for 2 months. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends, cooking, taking nice long walks in the countryside, home interior styling and decorating, gardening and when she has time, reading a good book.
Louise lives locally and has worked in estate agency in West Sussex for over 20 years. Having grown up in one of the surrounding villages, Louise has a very good knowledge of the local area and loves helping people with their transaction buy guiding them through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and the all-important ‘Moving Day’. Louise is married with two sons and in her spare time, she enjoys cycling and walking in the South Downs.
