John began his career in estate agency after returning from travelling in 2013 and has never looked back and joined the Sims Williams team in 2018 to help our growing presence in the Bognor Regis area, since then we have excelled and are now proud to have him running our new office there. He prides himself on always being there for his clients and uses his experience to ensure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. In his spare time you can find John at Bognor Golf Club, where he is a member, or socialising with friends and family.
Annie has been a resident of the local area on and off her whole life and brings a wealth of knowledge of all the surrounding areas of Bognor Regis. Having worked for large corporations, privately owned companies and the educational sector previously she Is excited to work within Sims Williams. In her spare time you can find Annie socialising with friends and family or enjoying the beach.
Vanessa originally hails from Canada, but with family from England and having met her English husband she has now been here 9 years and loves it! Vanessa prides herself on her customer service skills and enjoys new challenges. Out of working hours Vanessa enjoys playing football, going to the gym as well as spending time with her family.
After working for a firm of local solicitors in their conveyancing department, Pam joined the Sims Williams Walberton team in February 2000. Having lived locally for many years, Pam has a detailed knowledge and genuine fondness for the local area. Pam says, “Working as part of a great team, my role is diverse and interesting. We take the time to really get to know our customers and it’s great meeting so many interesting, friendly people.” Pam is involved in all aspects of the sales process, from photographing and measuring properties before they go on the market, to accompanying clients to viewings and negotiating the sale.
